Every industry coming under Factories Act should have their equipments like Compressors, Cranes, Chain Pulley Blocks; Power Presses & Dust Extraction System tested periodically and possess certificates for their safe condition.
We have been declared as competent person by Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry to carry out such tests & certify. We are known for our meticulous testing and certifying the equipments subjecting them to due testing procedures.
What adds to our specialty is that we are fully equipped to repair and service these equipments for the defects cited by us. We charge for it separately. We also manufacture or hold necessary spares and personnel to undertake such works.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are also being offered specially and specifically for EOTs, Compressors, Hoists, Chain Pulley Blocks.
New Factories should have their Building Plan & Machinery Lay-out Plan approved by Factory Inspectorate. For the same, the regular plans should fulfill the stipulations laid down in Factories Act & Rules. We have two decades of experience in preparing such plans and have them approved with necessary liasioning.
Existing Factories keep adding, deleting or altering the position of their machinery or go for an expansion with both building and machinery. Such changes need to be brought to the notice of Factory Inspectorate and approval obtained for the changes, which can be obtained by us without any hassle.
Factories are mandated to obtain Building Stability Certificate once in 3 years, and Installation/Construction Certificates every once after revised approval is obtained. We shall visit your factory and issue the relevant certificates after due inspection.
Industries termed as hazardous by Factories Act like Fertilizer, Solvent Extraction, Powders, Chemicals, etc. will have to prepare an On Site Emergency Plan to highlight the hazards involved in their factory and draft a written plan as to how to combat them.
To begin with the hazards will be identified, then the measures to combat them will be spelt out, the evacuation procedure to be followed during emergency will be codified and the persons to handle the emergency will be identified and trained.
